Finding a South African property development in the right setting at the right price is often the most difficult part of the buying process. While property experts emphasise the importance of location, finding something in the right suburb that suits your personal style while catering to your family’s needs, often takes time.

Carrington Place, a South African property development situated in a prime location in Johannesburg, was recently launched by Berkeley Developers. The development is located in close proximity to Fourways and Broadacres and offers families five building options in a secure setting. The stylish clusters were designed with open plan living in mind and also includes a private garden. Carrington Place offers investors the opportunity to choose from five building plans and a range of materials.

In general building plans comprise of three bedrooms, a double garage and two bathrooms. A single storey and double storey option is available and buyers could also include staff quarters and a study with certain options. Prices are roughly between R1,35 million and R1,45 million depending on the specifications. The home-owner’s levy will be around R900 while rates and taxes, depending on the purchase price, will range between R500 and R700.
