Property giant Growthpoint and the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) recently announced that all conditions related to the purchase of the landmark V&A Waterfront in Cape Town were successfully fulfilled.
The new owners also announced that the redevelopment of the Clock Tower precinct worth R500 million had already commenced and that it would be completed over the next four years.
